2. Zero Tolerance Policy We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior or content that facilitates illegal acts, harassment, or the exploitation of minors. Any accounts found in violation will be permanently banned and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.

3. AI Safety & Guardrails Our "Private Intelligence Layer" uses Artificial Intelligence to help couples connect. We implement safety filters to prevent the generation of harmful, discriminatory, or illicit content. While we strive for a premium experience, AI can occasionally produce inaccuracies. Users are encouraged to report any AI-generated content that feels unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Not a Crisis Service Figaro is a relationship enhancement tool, not a crisis intervention service. Our AI is not equipped to handle emergencies or mental health crises. If you or your partner are in an abusive situation or a mental health emergency, please contact professional emergency services or a local crisis hotline immediately.

5. Data Integrity & Encryption We believe privacy is a safety issue. Your "Relationship DNA" is stored securely via Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. We do not sell your interactions to third parties or use them for external advertising.
